 Spanish made easy. Teaches the basics as well as common phrases and vocabulary.
 Spanish Pronto Very clear and concise tutorial. No frills, but all of the basics are here.

German Language Tutorials
 German/Deutsch A rudimentary site that teaches common phrases and words.
 Texthaus Very slow subscription service. Not one of my favorite tutorials, but it does offer advanced level classes.

Italian Language Tutorials
 CyberItalian Very nice site. While it is a subscriber based service, it will take you from the beginner to intermediate phases for free.
 Mama's Learn To Speak Italian Pretty neat site from Ragu. Learn basic words and phrases from a very interactive site.

Chinese Language Tutorials
 Animated Chinese Characters This tutorial uses animated gifs to teach you the proper order for penstrokes when writing in Chinese.
 Survival Chinese Learn the basics from a well designed, no frills tutorial.
 Chinese Language Lab A very comprehensive looking site for learning to speak and read Chinese.

French Language Tutorials
